Version 1.0 | Last updated October 13, 2026

These Terms govern access to and purchase of the websites, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, digital tools, application programming interfaces (APIs) and content operated by Tesla Market Insight, S.A. de C.V., hereinafter the Company. They apply to each product that expressly identifies the Company as the provider and links to this version of the Terms.

Privacy Notice: privacy.html. Cookie Policy: cookie-policy.html.
User means whoever accesses or purchases; Customer means the individual or legal entity that contracts; Company Content comprises software, documentation and materials owned or licensed by the Company; Customer Content comprises the files, data and instructions the Customer provides. The trademarks of each product do not change the identity of the provider.
2 Acceptance and contract documents
Creating an account, purchasing or activating features subject to these Terms requires an affirmative action, such as ticking an initially empty box or clicking a button whose text expressly indicates acceptance and displays an accessible link to the document. Mere browsing does not replace acceptance of payment obligations or the specific consents for personal data.
The Company may keep evidence of acceptance, including the version of the text, date, time, account and proportionate technical records, in accordance with the Privacy Notice. The User may download or request an electronic copy free of charge.
The order identifies scope, price, term, usage limits, support and specific conditions. A signed business contract and its schedules prevail as to what is expressly agreed therein; next, the accepted order and these Terms. The Privacy Notice governs the processing of data. No document may reduce non-waivable rights or extend processing purposes without the corresponding legal basis.
3 Capacity and account administration
The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age with legal capacity. Anyone acting on behalf of an organization represents that they have authority to contract and to administer the authorized users. Services for minors will require specific conditions and the applicable representation and protection mechanisms; they are not enabled by these general Terms.
The User must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, protect passwords and API keys, assign permissions appropriately and report suspicious access to support. The User must not share access beyond the number of users purchased. The Company will investigate incidents without automatically presuming that all unauthorized activity is the User's responsibility.
4 Scope of service and license
As long as these Terms are complied with, the Company grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the product according to the purchased plan. Internal professional or business use is permitted if the plan provides for it. Resale, provision of services to third parties, white-label use or distribution of the software requires express contractual authorization.
A subscription allows use of the service and does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks or materials. The number of users, credits, storage, exports and API limits will be stated before purchase. Unlimited access will not be offered where undisclosed limits exist.
The User must meet the published technical requirements. Third-party integrations may require separate accounts, permissions or charges, disclosed in advance. Guaranteed availability levels or response times are offered only when agreed in a service level agreement.
5 Prices, payments and invoicing
Before payment, the total amount, currency, applicable taxes, frequency, billing date, additional charges and scope of the plan will be displayed. No additional services will be charged without authorization. Tax invoices must be requested by sending an invoice request to lifemystylemx@gmail.com within the month of purchase with the information required by applicable regulations.
Prices in Mexican pesos (MXN) shown on the site include IVA (Mexican value-added tax). Prices in US dollars (USD) are the final price charged by the Company, with no additional charges; the card-issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee. All sales are invoiced by Tesla Market Insight, S.A. de C.V.; if you require a CFDI (Mexican electronic tax invoice), request it at the customer service email within the month of purchase.
Payments may be processed by the provider identified at the time of purchase. The processing of financial data will be subject to the Privacy Notice and the applicable legal basis. The Company will not request bank passwords or security codes by email or messages.
Price changes will be announced before they take effect and will not modify periods already paid. If the change requires a new billing authorization, it will be obtained expressly; the Customer may cancel before renewal. A declined payment may lead to a proportionate suspension after notice and an opportunity to remedy, without hidden charges.
6 Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Recurring charges require express and informed consent, separate and identifiable from general acceptance. Before authorization, the amount, currency, frequency and billing date will be displayed. Where automatic renewal applies, notice will be given at least five calendar days in advance, allowing cancellation without penalty.
Cancellation will be available immediately upon request to lifemystylemx@gmail.com with the subject "CANCELAR" (cancel), with electronic confirmation, without requiring a call, interview or explanation. From cancellation, renewal is deactivated and no further recurring charges will be made. Access for the paid period will continue until it expires, unless the User requests immediate closure or another valid cause exists.
Free trials will state their duration, restrictions, and the date and amount of the first charge. Without express authorization to charge, they will end without converting into a paid subscription. When an app store manages the subscription, that store's procedure will be explained and assistance will be provided, without disregarding the provider's legal obligations.
7 Refunds and complaints
Cancelling future renewals does not by itself imply refunding a period that was properly provided; legal rights of revocation, restitution, warranty, credit and compensation will be respected, as well as any advertised commercial guarantee. There is no absolute prohibition on refunds.
Digital content delivered immediately. When the product is digital content delivered at the time of payment (download, access or activation code), by completing the purchase the User expressly requests that delivery begin immediately. This request does not limit the guarantees advertised on the site or the rights that the law does not allow to be waived. For any clarification or complaint, the User may write to the customer service email or call the phone number indicated in section 1.
Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges or charges made after an effective cancellation will be investigated and, where appropriate, refunded. Failures attributable to the Company will be addressed through correction, restitution or the applicable legal remedies. The User may file a complaint at lifemystylemx@gmail.com without waiving the right to go to the authorities.
8 Intellectual property and plagiarism prevention
The Company or its licensors retain the rights to the code, original interfaces, texts, manuals, templates, audiovisual materials, documentation, original compilations, trademarks and other protectable elements. No ownership is claimed over abstract ideas, facts, public data, public-domain materials or elements belonging to third parties.
Except with written authorization, an applicable license or a legal exception, it is prohibited to copy, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense or publish Company Content; remove authorship notices or watermarks; present the Company's own materials as someone else's creation; or reproduce protected elements to offer a substantially copied product or catalog.
Also prohibited are unauthorized automated extraction of restricted content, scraping that circumvents access controls or purchased limits, decompilation, reverse engineering and circumvention of technical protections, to the extent permitted by law. This does not prevent the exercise of legal exceptions or the use of open-source components in accordance with their licenses.
Company Content may not be incorporated without authorization into AI training datasets, public repositories, prompt libraries or third-party products where this involves unpermitted reproduction or exploitation. This restriction does not extend to the Customer's own materials or to outputs whose use is authorized.
An enabled download or export permits the uses expressly included in the plan; it does not authorize redistribution of the catalog or its standalone commercialization. In the event of demonstrable infringements, the Company may request that they cease, withdraw access in accordance with the suspension section and take legal action to obtain the appropriate measures and redress. No automatic penalty is established and no compensation is presumed without grounds.
9 Customer Content and outputs
The Customer retains its rights over the materials it provides. It represents that it has the authority, permissions and legal bases needed to upload them, including third-party data. It grants the Company a non-exclusive authorization, limited to hosting, processing, transmitting and generating outputs in order to provide the service, for the time necessary for that purpose and any applicable legal retention.
The Company does not acquire ownership of that data nor a general authorization to sell it, publish it or train general-purpose models with it. Any different use will require a specific agreement and, where applicable, valid consent of the data subjects.
The Customer may use the generated outputs for the purposes of its plan, including commercially where the plan allows, respecting third-party rights. Outputs do not transfer rights over the Company's pre-existing templates, engines or content. It is not guaranteed that AI outputs are exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.
10 Permitted use, security and integrations
It is prohibited to introduce malware, impersonate identities, obtain data without authorization, compromise accounts, send spam, carry out unlawful acts, circumvent technical limits or use the service to infringe rights. Security testing requires prior authorization and an agreed scope.
APIs and automations may only be used within the plan and its limits. The User must review the permissions and terms of connected services. The Company may limit abusive traffic proportionately and explain the reason when doing so does not compromise security.
11 Artificial intelligence features
When a product includes AI, its outputs may contain errors, biases, outdated information or overlaps with other outputs. The User must review them before publishing them or using them for significant decisions. No specific income, ranking, regulatory compliance or business results are promised unless expressly and verifiably committed.
The use of AI does not turn the service into personalized medical, legal, tax or financial advice, nor does it replace required professional involvement. This does not release the Company from fulfilling what it offers or from its legal responsibilities.
The AI providers, the purposes for which data is sent and the applicable retention settings will be disclosed in the Privacy Notice and the product data sheet. Sensitive data must not be sent to a feature that is not enabled to receive it with the necessary controls and consents.
12 Personal data and confidentiality
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Accepting these Terms does not amount to consenting to advertising, optional transfers, sensitive data or any future purpose. Refusing optional purposes does not condition the main service.
Each party will protect the other's non-public confidential information and use it only to perform the contract. It may disclose it to personnel or providers bound by equivalent obligations, or in response to a valid legal requirement. Information that is lawfully public, legitimately obtained from third parties or independently developed is not confidential. The obligation will survive for as long as the information remains confidential; personal data will additionally be governed by law.
13 Data processing on behalf of business customers
When the Customer determines the purposes of the data of its users, employees or contacts and the Company processes it exclusively on the Customer's instructions, the Customer will be the controller and the Company will act as processor. The Company's own purchasing, billing and security data are governed by its Privacy Notice.
The Company will process the Customer's data only to provide the service, according to lawful documented instructions; will require confidentiality from its personnel; will implement security proportionate to the risk; will assist the Customer with data subject requests and incidents; and will not reuse that data for incompatible purposes of its own.
Before starting, the parties will document the product, duration, operations, categories of data subjects and data, purpose, processing locations, authorized sub-processors, transfers and rules for return or deletion. Sub-processors must assume equivalent obligations; relevant changes will be communicated to the Customer with an opportunity to object on reasonable grounds.
The Company will notify the Customer without undue delay of incidents that compromise its data, providing the available information and updates to meet legal notification requirements. Upon termination, it will return or delete the data according to the agreed instructions and timeframes, except for legal retention, with deletion from backups in accordance with its documented cycle. It will provide reasonable information on compliance and agreed verifications that protect the security and data of other customers. Sensitive, regulated or foreign-law-governed processing requires a specific schedule before being enabled.
14 Suspension, termination and data recovery
The Company may suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, non-payment or security risk. Except in cases of urgency, legal order or risk of aggravating the harm, it will give notice of the reasons and a reasonable opportunity to remedy. An urgent suspension will be notified when possible, and a review may be requested from support.
Discontinuation of the product by decision of the Company will be announced with reasonable advance notice, and the unprovided portion of the paid period will be refunded where applicable. Before deleting data, an opportunity to export will be offered in accordance with the features and timeframes published at privacy.html#ficha. Intellectual property, confidentiality and legal retention obligations will survive to the extent necessary.
15 Liability and force majeure
The Company will be liable for the obligations attributable to it and for the non-waivable rights provided by law. An entirely uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Force majeure does not automatically include any failure of providers or of the Company's own infrastructure; it requires a legally recognized cause and reasonable mitigation measures.
Only in validly negotiated business contracts and where the law permits, unless otherwise specifically agreed, aggregate contractual liability for ordinary direct damages will be limited to the amounts paid for the affected service during the twelve months prior to the event. This does not apply to consumers where it would reduce legal rights, nor to willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, breaches of confidentiality or personal data, or other liabilities that cannot be limited.
The Customer will be liable for proven damages arising from breaches or unlawful content attributable to it. Any indemnification in favor of the Company requires grounds, causation and an opportunity to defend; it does not cover the Company's own acts nor impose on the User a general obligation to hold harmless against any claim.
16 Changes, communications and assignment
Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, with an effective date and access to the updated text. They will not apply retroactively to services already paid for, nor enable new charges or data purposes without the necessary acceptance. Modifications that substantially alter obligations will require new acceptance or will allow termination before they take effect.
Operational notices will be sent to the account email or through the platform, keeping reasonable evidence of sending or making them available. Marketing communications depend on the data subject's preferences. Assignment of the contract must respect acquired rights and personal data rules, be notified where applicable and not reduce guarantees.
17 Governing law and disputes
Mexican law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer or data protection rules that may apply by reason of the place of service or residence. The parties may try to resolve disagreements through support or conciliation, without this being a requirement to go to an authority.
In business relationships, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City where the jurisdiction agreement is valid. Consumers retain access to PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency) and to the competent courts or authorities. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of class actions or of the right to file complaints is imposed.
If any provision is held invalid, the others will remain in force to the extent compatible with the law. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
